Biography Mr. Bosco Ntiranyibagira is a registered nurse with a master’s degree in nursing sciences and extensive experience in hospital care management, especially during epidemic situations. At Kamenge Military Hospital, he played a key role in managing outbreaks such as cholera, COVID-19, and Mpox, ensuring high-quality clinical care throughout public health crises. His responsibilities also included contributions to monitoring and evaluation projects that assessed the effectiveness of various public health interventions. Alongside his clinical duties, Bosco served as a lecturer at the University of Ngozi and East Africa Star University, where he taught courses in nursing, public health, community health, and human nutrition. These academic engagements reinforced his scientific discipline and sparked a deeper interest in health-related research. His passion for innovation in public health is evident through his authorship of four scientific publications that expand understanding within the field. Driven by a commitment to advancing epidemic control efforts, Bosco is now preparing to pursue a PhD in Public Health, with a concentration in epidemiology. His long-term aim is to contribute to the development of robust, evidence-based strategies for epidemic preparedness and response, while helping strengthen the resilience of health systems, especially in resource-constrained settings.
